Filet Mignon Chunks
Inspired by Punky’s famous Ranchers recipe, this is a super simple and quick deep fried steak tips recipe!

Ingredients
  • 4-5lbs Filet MignonOr similar cut of beef
  • 1.5cup Soy SauceEnough to cover all the cut up beef
  • 3cups FlourEnough to dredge the beef tips in
Instructions
  1. Trim all fat off of filet mignon and cut into 1″ chunks.
  2. Soak in soy sauce about 1 to 1.5 minutes (depends on how you like the taste after cooked)
  3. Dredge chunks in flour and drop into hot oil, covering chunks.
  4. Cook until desired doneness (test by cutting in half). Drain on paper towel
